Your satisfaction with Hiep Long Furniture is important to us. With proper use and care we are confident that it will provide many years of trouble-free enjoyment. We stand behind all our products and expect it to look great and last for many years.

We guarantee to the original purchaser that this furniture is free of defects in workmanship. If you find a defect, Hiep Long will replace, or repair the defective part one on one. The customer is responsible for providing images and documentation showing the defect of the defective part. We are manufacturer so we do not apply RETURN POLICY to our warranty policy.

We recommend that when the furniture is unpacked, it be carefully inspected before assembly.
Our products are warranted for 1 years from date of purchase only to the first buyers of Hiep Long.
Sling and metal parts are warranted for 1 year against structural failure and tearing. 

EXCLUSIONS:

Hiep Long warranty does not cover defects/damage caused by the following conditions:

• Incorrect assembly.
• Modifications of any furniture after purchase.
• Damage that is the result of freight or shipping.
• Damages caused by intentional, accidental, misuse, abuse, or carelessness.
• Damage that is a result of the customer’s failure to provide reasonable care and maintenance (See Hieplong’s Teak Care instructions).
• Normal wear and tear, including in minor color changes and checking. Checking is minor small cracks caused when the wood is exposed to elements of weather and is considered normal.
• Damage that is a direct effect of weather-related conditions.
• Floor samples or clearance items.

Hiep Long is never liable for personal injury related to improper use or neglect of this furniture.
